Verify that your MD-Series PTO Driver has the required safety Conversion Kit installed. Operating without this kit can lead to severe injury. If you have never purchased this kit, you must install it before using your driver again.
Who Needs a Conversion Kit?
1. Your Driver Has a Fireplug Style Gearbox
MD-Series PTO Drivers equipped with a fireplug-style gearbox require a PTO Conversion Kit before further operation. Select Conversion Kits on the next page to view the kit options.
2. Your Driver Has an Unguarded PTO Shaft
If your PTO shaft is exposed yellow or black metal and does not have a driveline guard, a PTO Conversion Kit is required before operating the driver. Select Conversion Kits on the next page to view the kit options.
